Formerly known as Sundquist Homes, The Sundquist Family of Companies has been creating communities and single family residences for over three generations. As a Northwest Homebuilder / Land Developer since 1974, the company, founded by Clifford & Larry Sundquist was built on the premise that quality and craftsmanship could be offered to the widest niche in our marketplace - that of affordable housing.
Geographically we have concentrated our building and development activities to North King and South Snohomish counties in an effort to cultivate a high standard of excellence right here in our own neighborhood. Since 1974 The Sundquist Family of Companies have developed over 100 formal subdivisions and over 25 multifamily communities as well as constructing over 1,000 single family residences.
As a company we know that the strongest contributor to a successful business is its relationships. That is why we have dedicated ourselves to offering not only superior housing but also providing our customers and business associates with an exceptional level of integrity and commitment. In the spirit of enhancing the North Puget Sound area as a whole we have been an active participant with the Snohomish County Council and in the Master Builders Association of Snohomish County for over 25 years.
