The FMRT Group provides comprehensive medical, psychological and training services for North Carolina Public Safety Agencies.
The FMRT Group staff is comprised of experienced medical, mental health, and training professionals dedicated to providing quality services to our 200 + departments. Our goal is to create long term relationships with NC agencies by providing excellent and accessible services at our seven (7) locations, which include: Asheville, Cary, Charlotte, Fayetteville, Greenville, Wilmington, and Winston-Salem.
