Lighthouse Placement Services, LLC

Lighthouse Placement Services began operations on January 8th, 2001 as a woman-owned small business providing direct staffing and human resource consulting services to clients in eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. The company was founded by Alison Fogel, who had many years experience in Agency and Corporate staffing and had developed long-standing business relationships with her clients. The firm grew quickly and incorporated on July 7, 2001 as Lighthouse Placement Services, LLC. The company continues to perform all staffing functions including Contract and Direct placement, Corporate Recruiting, and Human Resource consulting.

In late 2001, Lighthouse Placement Services, LLC was signed on as a preferred vendor at a major defense company in the area as part of a directive for business development in the areas of small, disadvantaged or woman-owned businesses. In May of 2002, Lighthouse Placement Services, LLC was sponsored by said company to obtain a Facility Security Clearance in order to provide clearances for their employees that are assigned to the company. The Facility Secret Clearance was awarded on December 18, 2002.

Alison Fogel continues to serve as the firm's Managing Partner and Chief Technical Specialist.

In June of 2002, David Fogel joined Lighthouse Placement Services, LLC as Executive Vice President and Partner and brought over 16 years of experience in the High Technology Staffing business. He's held various positions such as Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, Account Manager, Branch Manager and ultimately Area Manager with one New England firm.
