DSP Valley is a cluster of excellence of about 70 high-tech companies active in the broad domain of embedded hardware and software solutions, both in Belgium and the Netherlands. Its mission is to offer its members a networking and matchmaking platform to facilitate new business partnerships and innovative collaborations.
The technological capabilities within the cluster include design of ICs and other smart electronic components for signal processing, embedded software development and tooling, chip production, complete electronic product development, etc. Its membership consists of 80% industry and 20% academia. The company members are a good mixture of multinationals and SMEs, hardware and software players, product and services suppliers, all from different stages in the value chain. On the academic side you find a mixture of universities, university colleges and research institutes.
