Osum is a privately held, Alberta based company that has been assigned 2P Reserves of 359 million barrels and Best Estimate Contingent Recoverable Resources of 3.2 billion barrels (GLJ, February 2011). Since incorporation, Osum has raised approximately $540 million, and our family of shareholders includes sophisticated equity providers Warburg Pincus, Blackstone Capital Partners, Korea Investment Corporation, Goldman Sachs, and Camcor Partners.
