The firm is the result of a merger between Grim & Grim of Perkasie, est. 1895, and Biehn & Thatcher of Quakertown, est. 1956. Fourth generation descendants of the original Grim brothers are currently members of the firm, providing continuous legal service for over a century.
As the combined firm of Grim, Biehn & Thatcher, the firm has expanded its numbers of members and shareholders, as well as its client base. It now includes 19 attorneys and 31 paralegals, secretaries, and other employees.
