WXXI is Rochester New York's non-profit, non-commercial Public Broadcaster serving the greater metropolitan and Fingerlakes area. It is a jointly operating PBS and NPR affiliate that delivers the highest caliber, award-winning educational programming over-the-air, and via local cable systems, to stimulate, enrich and entertain audiences of all ages. WXXI relies on individual membership and corporate support to sustain its momentum and mission. Digital Television stations it operates include: WXXI-TV Ch. 21.1 / cable 11 (PBS), and two other subcarriers on Ch. 21.2 and Ch. 21.3.
