We are an integrated agency that enables Brand Participation using Tempt, Engage and Build.

Firstly, we tempt consumers to participate with the campaign; an email, a blog posting, a poster in a store window for example. Secondly, we engage them in the idea. This could be delivered as an experience, on or offline. Thirdly, we build on this interest by extending the experience to a broader community using online, broadcast, outreach or CRM.

The way we achieve all this is with our belief that diversity & collaboration = ideas. With a group of 40 people from widely differing backgrounds working collaboratively not only with the Weapon7 team, but also our clients, partner agencies and suppliers, we aim to create ideas that really cut through and make a difference. To work in this way we need an open, collaborative relationship with our clients and partners. Being clear and honest is a prerequisite.

Needless to say we believe in being entrepreneurial; we started small and have grown as a result of focusing on our people, our agency and our clients.

We’ve created an open, entrepreneurial, nimble and diverse organisation – and we are constantly looking to innovate. We come from digital, data, direct, media and advertising backgrounds and are proud to have a diverse range of clients too; an edgy beverage brand at one end and a prestigious automotive brand at the other. We aim to create ideas beyond media.

As advertising technology evolved our emphasis and skills broadened. In 2006 we were acquired by Omnicom, but we’ve kept the creative energy and entrepreneurial approach that has served us well. Now we are a fully integrated agency with a diverse team of 40 people.

We still have a living room in our office. The technology has changed but it’s good to remember where you came from.
