Visual Century is a technology company created in 2001 by a group of entrepreneurs with audiovisual and multimedia research backgrounds. We develop advanced software products to index, analyze, access and publish digital video, audio and images in asset management applications that include archiving, production, retrieval, broadcast and publication of rich media content.

Our roots are the University of Barcelona (UAB). In our R&D department there is a group of world leading researchers from the fields of Computer Vision and Cognitive Vision. More than 60% of the company's research and development staff are PhD's (Columbia University, USA), known internationally for their expertise through their publications in the field of cognitive vision.

Our excellent team of highly qualified professionals shares the Visual Century enthusiasm, drive and passion for quality, technology and innovation.
