tuOtempO developes innovative solutions for appointment management, aimed at appointment-based service providers, such as dental and medical practices, multi-specialty clinics and hospitals, spas and salons.

It operates a Web-based multilingual application which covers every aspect of appointment management and includes: an online self-service appointment scheduling system (patient-view) and an administration scheduler (hospital-view) with a multichannel, 2way communication system.

Automatic or express messages (via three channels: email, sms and voice message) can be send to patients in order to remind, cancel, reschedule appointments, to notify delays, for follow-ups and so on. The system is also able to process patients' replies and display them into the admin's schedule.

An highly advanced synchronization utility is also available for those implementations of tuOtempO which requires bridging with third party scheduling softwares and Hospital information Systems.
