Travis Software invented COBRA Software and Retiree Premium Billing Software and has 21 years experience supporting and updating our systems.

Travis Software Corp. was founded in June, 1986, shortly after the enactment of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA) which mandated group health continuation for the first time and created the market opportunity for the Company's first product, the TravisCobra software system.

After TravisCobra's early success, we expanded our product offerings, releasing TravisFlex in 1987 and the Retiree Premium Billing System in 1989 (now "TBILL"). Over 4,000 employers, TPA's and benefit administrators have installed these three systems (and their Windows-based successors) to aid them in administering the employee benefits offered to employees, retirees and dependents. And now with the WebCOBRA.com system we're offering our customers a way to perform COBRA administration and Retiree Billing via the Internet.

Travis provides support on each of the systems, and we've updated each of our systems over the years, keeping up with new and changing Federal and State benefit laws and regulations and adding features suggested by customers. The Company also has an aggressive development program for new products, designed to meet additional benefit administration needs of new and existing customers.

Travis is owned by its founders and is based in Houston, Texas. The Company projects 2008 revenues at $5.2 million, and has been solidly profitable each year since 1986.
