Over seventy years ago, E.L. Bruce was faced with a dilemma – termites in his hardwood flooring products. Realizing that he was not alone in his fight against termites, he founded Terminix in 1927 and earned the first U.S. patent for a termite control procedure. In 1986, Terminix joined The ServiceMaster Company, one of the country’s largest and most successful service Companies. Terminix operates in fourteen (14) countries worldwide serving 4.1 million customers through 864 service locations.
