In August 1995, Symbolics, Inc. sold substantially all of its assets to Princeton Capital Finance Company, LLC, following the authorization and approval of the sale by the United States Bankruptcy Court. Symbolics, Inc., prior to the sale, was engaged in the manufacture, sale, and servicing of proprietary computer systems, as well as in the marketing and servicing of various software products.
