Susquehanna University is a selective, four-year national liberal arts college that prepares students for achievement, leadership and service in a diverse and interconnected world. Its nearly 2,200 undergraduates come from 36 states and 12 countries to the school’s scenic Susquehanna River Valley campus in Selinsgrove, Pa. The university is composed of three schools: the School of Arts, Humanities and Communications; the School of Natural and Social Sciences; and the Sigmund Weis School of Business. Accreditations include the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International), the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM) and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
More than 50 majors and minors are offered, as well as pre-professional programs in dentistry, law, medicine, ministry, teaching and veterinary medicine. About 92 percent of full-time faculty holds a doctorate or highest equivalent degree. The university, located 50 miles north of Harrisburg, is a three-hour drive from New York City, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.
