Shasta Ventures is a venture capital firm specializing in early stage companies. The firm seeks to invest in consumer and business services, infrastructure, and software sectors. Within the consumer and business services sector, it prefers to invest in e-commerce and marketing services. In the infrastructure sector, the firm invests in bandwidth, storage, and computing systems; wireless components, applications, and services; networking services; semiconductors; and infrastructure software and network appliances. Within the software sector, it prefers to invest in application development and deployment software; next generation application software; and system infrastructure software and security.
