As of December 31, 2003, RMH Teleservices operated five customer interaction centers in the United States, eight in Canada, and one in the Philippines. The company was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. RMH Teleservices, Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of RMH Teleservices, Inc. in April 2004.
