Rhapso was founded in 2000 by specialists from the fields of cardboard and new information technologies. Since its creation, Rhapso has had the objective to provide an innovative solution that breaks away from existing IT standards, in order to rationalize and optimize processes.

So was developed EmaPack, a complete software solution totally customizable, which can adapt to every company processes and can be accessed through a simple web browser.
Since its first client implementation in July 2003, EmaPack has evolving continuously in order to offer always more functionalities. The solution today is used by large groups such as Kappa, board converters such as Cartonnages de l’Atlantique or wholesale traders such as Carton Service.

In March 2008, Rhapso acquired Graphisoft, a software company specializing in ERP solutions for the Printing Industry. Both companies offers complement each other perfectly for the benefits of their customers.This strategic merger allows the Rhapso Group to be ranked as French leader and become a significant player in the European market for software solutions serving the Printing and Packaging Industries.
Graphisoft, which boasts over 20 years of business expertise and works with clients in 30 countries with software available in 8 languages, is now a subsidiary of Rhapso. The newly formed group, headed by Gaël Thomaré, posts revenues of nearly €3 million and has a headcount of 40 employees: researchers, developers, consultants, trainers and sales executives. At the same time, the raising of capital of €3.5 million enables Rhapso to invest heavily in Research & Development and promote the group’s business expansion in France and internationally.

The new permanent entity is reaching a new dimension today, that was required to integrate new technologies and ensure competitiveness.
