Specifically, we build focused, niche career online communities. Our Fortune 1000 clients then access and mine these communities for their staffing and recruiting needs. For the enterprise that offers Channel Partner services, we also build talent portals for the F1000 to offer to their Channel Partners. We generate revenue from a) sponsor subscription fees for career sites, b) Channel Partner talent portals and c) third party advertising.
