Daniel Hughes' printed works and live professional educational presentations have served the thousands of members of AIA National, AIA Wisconsin, AIA Chicago, CSI Chicago, AIA Young Architects Forum-Chicago, Association of Licensed Architects (ALA), AIA Iowa, AIA-Iowa-Small Project Practitioners, AIA Minnesota, Associated General Contractors (AGC) and Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). Over the last 30 years, he's held positions of corporate owner (15 years), implementation technologist (22 years), Wisconsin Certified | part-time AutoCAD 3D/ADT instructor for Wisconsin Technical colleges (19 semesters), jobcaptain, drafter, marketing assistant and project manager (8 years). His technical skills span from the mid-80's to present with 2D/3D software packages; Auto-TROL, SolidVision, Mega-CADD, AutoCAD Version 1.x, ASG, Softdesk Auto-Architect, Architectural Desktop, and currently the Revit software platform.
