Poolia's success is based on the fact that we constantly strive to achieve the highest quality and that we have specialized in the temporary staffing and permanent placement of qualified staff in our focus areas: finance, administration, IT and engineering. Within these four areas, we deal with positions at all levels: assistants and clerical officers, middle managers and specialists, and senior executives. At present, we have around 2,000 employees, of which around 90 per cent are resource temps who are hired out to our clients. The other employees are internal staff with responsibility for sales, client contacts and administration.
