Phoenix Capital Management was founded in 2000 to find opportunities where the firm’s partners could invest capital to generate superior returns. The firm’s philosophy has been to not focus on any particular industry and rather to focus on finding transactions where the firm’s resources could be used to create opportunity. We believe that we are able to engage expertise in any sector as required and what drives value is our ability to create a transaction that allows us to actively be engaged in managing the underlying investment. We do not make minority investments and do not function as “follow-on” investors, rather we are investors who seek a controlling interest and understand how to create value for shareholders.
