Peachtree is majority owned by DLJ Merchant Banking and Credit Suisse, one of the largest and most respected banks in the world. Previous to this ownership, Peachtree was a publicly listed company admitted on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. The merger transaction with DLJ and Suisse was completed in November 2006 with a valuation of $775 million.
