Booth Creek Ski Holdings, Inc. engages in the acquisition and operation of ski resorts in the United States. The company owns and operates six ski resort complexes with nine separate resorts, including the Northstar-at-Tahoe and Sierra-at-Tahoe ski resorts in the Lake Tahoe region of Northern California; the Waterville Valley, Mount Cranmore, and Loon Mountain ski resorts in the White Mountains of New Hampshire; and the Summit at Snoqualmie ski resort complex, which consists of four separate resorts, in the Cascade Mountains of Northwest Washington.
