Nikon Precision Inc. (Belmont, California) and Nikon Precision Europe GmbH (Langen, Germany) are wholly owned subsidiaries of Nikon Corporation, Tokyo, Japan. Both provide sales, service, engineering, and customer support for Nikon photolithography systems.
