NBI, Inc. through American Glass, Inc., d/b/a L.E. Smith Glass Company, a handmade pressed glass manufacturer in the United States, offers an assortment of crystal and colored glass giftware and lighting fixtures for the domestic consumer market. L.E. Smith sells its products throughout the United States via in-house sales managers and manufacturer's representatives. The giftware products are sold primarily to traditional and specialty retailers, as well as manufacturers/wholesalers, the food service market and through an on-site company retail store. The lighting fixture products are sold to manufacturers and retailers. In addition, through its other wholly owned subsidiary, NBI Properties, Inc., the company owns and operates 80-room full-service Holiday Inn in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania. The Holiday Inn hotel consists of approximately 21,000 square feet and is situated on approximately 5.8 acres of land leased under an acquired land lease expiring in 2026 with an option to extend for an additional 25-year term.
