What is Moviq.nl?
Moviq.nl is the no. 1 crossmedia portal on online real estate service, housing and living and dedicated to helping you get an edge in real estate and living by providing you with valuable tools and information. Moviq is a joint venture between Rabobank Nederland and Sanoma Publishers.

In the beginning...
In late 2006, Moviq founders Talpa and Rabobank Nederland were fresh on the idea to execute a crossmedia real estate platform with all the information on the removal process and inspiration for home decoration. While brainstorming ideas for their business venture, they were drawn to the idea of using both channels to the max. Rabobank had actually started obsessing about bringing real estate online as early as 2000.

Fast forward to november 2008. Moviq has the no. 2. position on the Dutch real estate websites and still fast growing. We are nominee for 'Website of the Year 2008' and proud of the best real estate online initiative 'Flirting with your estate'.
