Located in Erie, Pa., and founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1926, Mercyhurst College is a fully accredited, four-year, Catholic, comprehensive institution ranked in the top tier of Best Universities: Master's (North region) by U.S. News & World Report. The college offers more than 100 undergraduate majors and concentrations, as well as unique adult programs and six masters degree programs. Nearly 4,000 students attend classes at one of its four campuses, with about 3,000 bachelor degree students at the Erie campus. In addition, Mercyhurst provides one- and two-year degree programs at a residential campus in scenic North East, Pa., just 20 minutes from Erie, and satellite campuses in Girard and Corry, Pa.
