JBS USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of JBS S. A. is a global leader in beef and pork processing. In terms of daily slaughtering capacity, we are among the leading beef and pork processors in the United States. We also own and operate the largest feedlot business in the United States. We process, prepare, package and deliver fresh, processed and value-added beef and pork products for sale to customers in over 60 countries on six continents. Our operations consist of supplying fresh meat products, processed meat products and value-added meat products. Fresh meat products include refrigerated beef and pork processed to standard industry specifications and sold primarily in boxed form. Our processed meat offerings, which include beef and pork products, are cut, ground and packaged in a customized manner for specific orders. Additionally, we process lamb and mutton products. Our value-added products include moisture-enhanced, seasoned, marinated and consumer-ready products. We also provide services to our customers designed to help them develop more comprehensive and profitable sales programs. Our customers are in the food service, international, further processor and retail distribution channels. We also produce and sell by-products that are derived from our meat processing operations, such as hides and variety meats, to customers in the clothing, pet food and automotive industries, among others.

We have the capacity to process approximately 28,600 cattle, 48,500 hogs and 4,500 lambs daily in the United States
