IQ Interactive evolved from IQ Television and has applied television engagement best practices to internet marketing since the early days of the broadband web. Since 2000 the agency has focused on categories, such as financial services and business to business, which feature complex value propositions. This is in the belief that the web can make a more comprehensive, more compelling, more individually relevant presentation of a complex brand value proposition than any other medium.

On behalf of companies with complex value propositions, such as IBM, UPS and our financial services clients, we have developed User Experience (UX) strategies and design principles that work to take viewers from curiosity to comprehension. These proprietary approaches combine a focus on engagement, with simplifying the message and bringing functional value to the experience.

At the same time IQ is known for its creative originality and technical innovation. Since we launched into digital marketing with many years of television experience, we have focused on the quality and emotional power of the web experience. Our body of work demonstrates depth and breadth in the use of rich media to tell brand stories that few agencies can match. But beyond the engagement of rich media, IQ has learned the art of marrying great creative to equally great strategy in the recognition that what lies under the water is as important as what we see on the surface.
