IFM Infomaster is a software company, which specializes in the design, development and implementation of front office interaction systems. The company has two division: CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and GIS (Geographic Information Systems). The CTI division developed @Phones, a scalable contact/call center system used to manage any type of media, from the traditional phone calls to Voice over IP, Datasharing, Video, e-mail and Web collaboration interactions. The GIS department developed GeoPac and GeoServer, two geographic databases, for Public Corporations, Municipal Undertaking, and utilities companies (electricity, water and gas); and INFOSEG, a university career-planning tool.
