Grupa Pracuj is a company which creates and operates recruitment and education web sites well-known in Poland and in Central and Eastern Europe.



Registered as a private company in 2000 under the name Communication Partners Ltd., it was renamed in November, 2006, in keeping with company strategy. It has since operated under the name Grupa Pracuj Ltd.



Grupa Pracuj runs recruitment sites in Poland Pracuj.pl and Jobs4.pl, in Russia Gojobs.ru and in Ukraine Rabota.ua, providing access to a wide selection of job offers as well as branding services for employers.



The company also operates two education sites: Edu.pracuj.pl, aimed at specialists, and Edulandia.pl for secondary school students.



Grupa Pracuj is also the originator and author of the Virtual Job Fair, which has been regularly posted on the Targi.pracuj.pl site since 2002.



Grupa Pracuj is the only licensed partner in Poland of the company MrTed, which sells and implements the TalentLink talent management system.



The company also publishes job search handbooks containing employment and traineeship offerings. An interactive on-line version has been available since 2005.



Grupa Pracuj is a founding member of The Network, the largest alliance of independent recruitment sites in the world, with web sites from 70 different countries.



In 2006 Grupa Pracuj was recognised as the eighth fastest growing IT company in Central and Eastern Europe, and one of the 500 fastest growing IT companies in all of Europe.
