Global Motorsport Group, Inc. was engaged in the development, manufacture, and wholesale distribution of aftermarket parts and accessories for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, as of October 31, 1998. It distributed its own products, as well as products offered by other manufacturers. The company also distributed replacement parts, custom parts, accessories, and apparels. It offered 15,000 products primarily to approximately 4,700 dealers through its two divisions, Custom Chrome and Chrome Specialties. On January 31, 2008, Global Motorsport Group Inc., alongwith affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
