Geodesic Ltd., formerly Geodesic Information Systems Private Limited, is an India-based technology company.

The Company has two segments: Institutions and Retail. It caters to a range of institutions, including financial services, manufacturing industries, service organizations, portals and publishers. It distributes Mundu, a suite of products including instant messenger (IM), voice over Internet protocol (VOIP), radio, e-mail, montage to phone users. The Company retails its products through its own Website, www.mundu.com and through software retailing Websites, handset manufacturers and carriers. Its Mundu is available both on the desktops and cell phones (Symbian, Windows Mobile, Palm, Blackberry).
During the fiscal year March 31, 2008, it launched Mundu Montage for touch screen windows mobile phones. As of March 31, 2008, the Company had acquired Chandamama, children’s illustrated story magazine published in over 14 Indian languages.
