GeoConcept SA was founded in 1990 in Paris, France under the name ALSOFT, and provides the creation and publication of P.C.-based geographic information systems (G.I.S.).
In June 1996, the GeoConcept product range was launched in England, Italy, Switzerland and Belgium as well as in Southeast Asia. In 1997, it entered the Japanese and American markets.
