Flow Interactive was set up in 1997 to help organisations gain a competitive advantage - by delivering products and services that are useful, delightful and easy to use. Our award-winning user-centred design (UCD) approach combines customer experience strategy, user research and interaction design to enable clients to achieve the right user experience and generate loyal customers. Flow’s UCD projects have helped: Standard Life to exceed business plan targets by 75%; The Guardian’s site to increase traffic by 55% and The Early Learning Centre to increase online sales by 30%.
