Netexit, Inc., formerly called Expanets, provides voice, video, data, and web based communication services. The company offers data and voice networking services, private branch exchange, hybrid, key voice systems, call centers, unified messaging, videoconferencing, local and long distance carrier services, local area networking, wide area networking, servers, personal computer and peripherals, and system applications. Netexit, Inc. was founded in 1998 and is based in Englewood, Colorado. On May 4, 2004, Netexit, Inc announced that it filed for protection under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The plan was later approved as Chapter 11 liquidation on September 14, 2005.
