Exoweb is a fast-growing international software development company based in Beijing, China. Our clients are multinational companies from different industries, but in general our projects maintain one common thread: they're all web or mobile-web based.

When asked to describe Exoweb, we often point to three core values:

(1) Focus on people and talents. As a result of the above, we always put people first. The most important determinant of project success is having great people, so we spend enormous efforts on hiring talented people and giving them the freedom and support to do their best work, fighting bureaucracy and non-merit based rewards at every turn.

(2) Agile methodologies. We have found that by far the best answer to the software crisis, and unleashing the creative potential of a great team, is to practice agile methodologies. By doing so, software can remain high quality, soft, nimble and easy to change.

(3) Open source commitment. While open source is quickly becoming mainstream, we have always been committed to open source technologies and communities. We're open source veterans. We are engaged in the communities, not just users.
