This segment offers an entertainment magazine, a news magazine and national news, in addition to local news produced by its television stations; airs novelas, variety shows, talk shows, news magazines, and reality shows; sports, including boxing, soccer, and a nightly wrap-up; movies that include a mix of English-language movies translated into Spanish; and novelas not run on its primary network, as well as reruns of novelas broadcast on its primary network. The Radio segment engages in the ownership and operation of radio stations primarily in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas. This segment combines network and local programming with local time slots available for advertising, news, traffic, weather, promotions, and community events. The Outdoor segment owns and operates outdoor advertising faces located primarily in Los Angeles and New York. As of December 31, 2006, the company owned and operated 51 primary television stations, 47 radio stations, and 10,600 advertising faces. It also has rights to market advertising on public buses in Fresno and Sacramento, California. The company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Santa Monica, California.
