Electric Lightwave, Inc. operates as a facilities-based competitive local exchange carrier, which provides wireline telecommunications products and services in the western United States. These products and services include switched local and long distance voice services, as well as enhanced data communications services and dedicated point-to-point services. Enhanced broadband data services are also offered in selected cities throughout the country. The company markets to retail customers, who are primarily, communications-intensive businesses; and to wholesale customers, who are primarily, communications providers themselves. Citizens Communications Company owns approximately 85% of Electric Lightwave's common stock. In May 2002, Electric Lightwave received a Nasdaq delisting notice. As of July 31, 2006, Electric Lightwave, Inc. is a subsidiary of Integra Telecom Holdings, Inc.
