Devlin was founded in 1994 with a focus on interactive "multimedia" design and production. By early 1996 we were increasingly engaged in user interface design and expanded our services to include all aspects of web development. Later that year we also moved into our current location and built one of the first usability testing facilities in Canada.

As our list of clients continued to grow we evolved to become a highly reputable and trusted ebusiness and web services company. Today, our strategy, technology and creative practices are helping our clients to successfully extend their brand, engage and serve their customers, and achieve new business efficiencies. Several of those clients are marquis brands and organizations that look to Devlin as a valuable collaborative partner.
