In August 2008, TOTVS joined hands with DATASUL and moved on to a new phase of expansion. The operations are highly complementary and strengthen the position of the new Company, since Datasul and TOTVS have different markets - while the former focuses on medium and large enterprises, the latter caters to small and medium enterprises.
DATASUL was a Brazilian-capital company, established in Joinville – SC, pioneer in the development and trading of software integrated solutions for corporate management, which has been present in the market since 1978.
The software developed by DATASUL is designed for automating and managing their customers’ critical processes, such as: finances, human resources, logistics and manufacturing, among others.
