Dataflex Corporation was acquired by CompuCom Systems Inc. on 07/22/1998. In April 1998, Dataflex Corporation entered into an agreement and plan of merger with CompuCom Systems, Inc. and CompuCom Acquisition Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of CompuCom, pursuant to which CompuCom Acquisition would be merged with and into the company. Dataflex Corporation provided desktop computing solutions and services, including product sales, system integration, network installation, help desk support, training, consultation services, and equipment repair maintenance, as of March 31, 1997.
