Danmarks Nationalbank operates as a central bank in Denmark. In addition, the bank also manages the risk in relation to administration of foreign-exchange reserve and Danmarks Nationalbank’s bond portfolio. Further, it participates in the management of the central-government debt and settlement of payments between domestic banks and foreign banks.
