It succeeded in its goal because of its customer-centric philosophy, competitive prices as well as its advanced and easy-to-use services.
COSMOTE begins its commercial operations five years after its competitors and radically changes the status of mobile telecommunications in Greece. It is the only company of its sector in the world, which entered the market third and yet managed to become number one in only 3.5 years.
Group operating revenues for year 2006 amounted to € 2,382.3 mil, up 32.5% y-o-y. COSMOTE's group EBITDA stood at 876.2 million while net income margin at 15.1%.
