C.E.S.A.R is a world-class private institution that creates products, processes, services and innovative companies using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

Taking into account fundamental market factors such as quality, deadlines, and cost, C.E.S.A.R is a strong partner of the Informatics Centre of the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), one of the largest centres of education in technology in Brazil.
