Confederacion Española de Cajas de Ahorros, S.A. (CECA) is a confederation of more than 40 Spanish savings banks. The association operates as a credit entity that represents the savings banks and offers financial and technological services. Its services include management statistics and analysis, regulation and financial analysis, fiscal advisory services, agreements with administration, social work, relations with Latin America, external relations, legal advice, general advisory service, single currency committee, and technical secretariat of the COAS ESCA. CECA’s members include Bilbao Bizkaia Kutxa, Caixa Catalunya, Vital Kutxa, and Caja Sur. The association was founded in 1928 and is based in Madrid, Spain.
