We focus on "pain" relief (remediation), system uptime and maintenance (prevention) and the client's growth (enhancement) through communication and collaboration solutions and business process automation. Carceron keeps their clients' infrastructure flexible, scalable and operating at peek performance and efficiency.

Our Background

Carceron Systems Group was founded in 2002 to be amid the first companies in the metro Atlanta area to embrace the managed services approach to IT services. Carceron's owners, Chad Massaker & Jeffrey Lee, understood early on that small and medium businesses (SMBs) needed the support that an in-house IT person could provide them in terms of response time and expertise. However these same businesses rarely had the budget to employ such skilled individuals and the idea of trusting the network to one person is kind of scary. What if the network admin got sick? What happens when they take a vacation? Then there was the limitation of skill set that having only one person running your IT posed.
