Bright House Networks is all about you. Devotion to our customers, community and employees has led our Tampa operation to be the second largest cable system in the United States. In order to insure that we provide responsive and comprehensive customer service to the communities in which we serve, we have formed separate divisions in Orlando, Birmingham, Indianapolis, Bakersfield, and Detroit.

We are grateful and appreciative of our customers' loyalty and have made it our mission to improve the level of service we provide our communities every day. Our company is named Bright House Networks to remind us that our focus is all about you and your home.

We provide our customers with the most advanced fiber optic rich communications structure available and by doing so we are able to bring you services that many other communities can only read about.
Watch what you want, when you want with our Digital Video Recorder, which is available to you without the hassle of buying additional equipment. We also offer movies and major events on demand with our highly interactive Pay Per View service. There is no need to wait for the scheduled showing of Pay Per View movies and shows; they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on your schedule. The best part is that with all of our on demand programs, you can pause, fast-forward and rewind as easily as pressing a button.
