AMBISIG - Environment and Geographic Information Systems, Ltd. , was established in 1994 and has developed its business focused on the use of Geographic Information Technology, Information Systems and Consulting. Regarding the Geographic Information Technology, AMBISIG activity covers its multiple facets, from the loading and structuring of graphic and alphanumeric information, the provision of consultancy services for development of local projects and also for the latest Geographic Information Systems. Following the rapid evolution of technology involved, AMBISIG, developed and currently offers a wide range of solutions for environments accessing and handling geographical or traditional databases by intranet or Internet.

Currently, it has about 65 professionals in the areas of Computer Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Quality, Geography, Civil Engineering, Marketing, Architecture, Management, Design and Corporate Communications.
