To Hiring Managers & Executive Recruiters: "Job interview on the Radio".. would you listen in?
On my Career Talk radio show last week, I brought up the idea to job candidates of being interviewed on the radio and candidates are responding. This would be a "live over internet radio," job interview. I would interview a candidate for a full half hour radio show. My candidates would most likely be engineers, accounting & finance, HR, and others disciplines that relate closely to manufacturing and large service organizations. These are motivated candidates who are buying air time (very reasonably) to let themselves be heard on a live radio job interview. My question is three fold... would you listen?, ..... would you like to be notified of these special shows?, ...... Would you like to have the candidate's resume attached to your email notification of the show? Thanks for your participation on this topic.

I'm looking for R&D Chemists of all kinds at various levels. I'm also looking for a Dir/Quality for NC with International experience. If you think it would be worth while for me to listen, I'd be happy to see resumes and listen to the interviews. Thanks!

Clark Howard is actually really good for financial stuff....
I heard the show earlier this week, I think it is great! I think it is an interesting twist and would set the candidates apart from other people. How would the companies know though that they are on the air?

Hi Pat,
yes I would listen;
yes I would be notified of the events.
Less interested to CVs as my unit (MW radio) is located in non-North American areas (at least till now (:-).
Are these events available also on podcast mode ?
Domenico
I would listen if it sparked my interest. Having a resume and an email notification would spark my interest.
